Clubhouse Landscape Make Over

Starting last week the GCM Staff began the make over of the clubhouse landscaping by removing all the plant material in the front left of the club. This renovation is Phase 1 of an overall Master Landscaping Plan we developed for the club.  The original plants were overgrown and outdated so to achieve the look desired for the club we started over. The new landscape will offer a lot of summer color including Hydrangeas, Carpet Roses, Knock-Out Roses and an annual flower bed.  Our new landscaping has been updated as far as maintenance as well. The entire system has been revamped and installed with water saving irrigation heads, drip irrigation on the plant material, and a computerized operating system. Our GCM staff will complete installing the mulch this week and begin to install the soil medium for the annual bed soon. The last remaining step will be to install a new landscape lighting system to accent the plants and clubhouse during the night hours.
